Get Over being dumped


Relationships involve both success and failure. We need to treat both equally in order to avoid stress for ourselves. Getting dumped by a partner is of course painful, however we need to get over it and start a fresh life all over again. Following are some of the points which we need to follow to get over being dumped. 1. Being dumped is certainly not the end of life. Life is full of new challenges and people. So let’s gear ourselves to meet these people.
2. Do not do anything to think about the unsuccessful relationship
3. Do not  try to contact the person who dumped you
4. The person who dumped you was not worth your valuable relationship. Hence do not waste time and energy over that person
5. Destroy all old memories about that relationship
6. Do not keep any traces of pictures, or saved text messages from the person who dumped you
7. Take him out completely out of ur mind and soul. It has to be vacant to hold somebody else more important
8. Try to revive relationships that you had given a break during this unsuccessful date
9. Do not ever create self pity. You were not the sole reason behind the breakup. Hence do come out of it at the earliest
10. Take time for yourself. Do things that you enjoy, for yourself. Watch a good movie, read a good book, spend time gardening etc
11. Catch up with school friends. Get into some real time bonding. You never know what life has in store for you. So do not miss out on the chance of meeting new people
12. Attend family parties and weddings that you always missed till now. Meet relatives. Know who your family is.
13. Spend more time with kids below 5 years and people below 70 years. That will lighten your spirits
14. Give room for your mind to think
15. You are not going to brood all your life. The earlier you come out of the hurt, the better
16. There are lot more interesting things awaiting you. Make yourself accessible to the beautiful world
